Changes and Enhancements

  • Improved search capability.
  • Additional options for filtering and sorting Door Knocking and Call Campaigns.
  • Postcard order status is now displayed.
  • Availability to edit the name of a Mail Campaign after it has been mailed.
  • Improved workflow for task assignments to Partners.
  • Easy access to Customer Care — chat is now available, along with a way to submit a screenshot with specific questions showing us exactly where you are at within the platform.
    • To access, tap on the menu (three lines) in the upper left hand corner > Customer Service > choose an option.
    • To access Customer Care responses, tap on the message when it appears at the top of your screen.
    • You can also tap on the menu > Customer Service and view the messages by tapping on "Talk to us".
  • Multiple fixes and enhancements.
