Q: What are the requirements for accessing Avenu?

Q: How do I sign up for Avenu?

A: On your iPad, visit myavenu.com and tap on “Sign Up” in the upper right hand corner, completing the registration process. Follow the instructions for Trusting the Developer. For detailed instructions on signing up, click or tap here.

Q: How do I get the most current version of Avenu?

A: On your iPad, delete the current version of Avenu, then visit myavenu.com and login. Tap on “Downloads” in the upper right hand corner and follow the instructions for Trusting the Developer. For detailed instructions, click or tap here.

Q: How do I update my credit card information?

A: In a browser, visit myavenu.com and login. Under “Subscription information”, click or tap on “Change card”.

Q: Is there a way to do joint billing with my Lender on the marketing pieces?

A: Here is a suggestion on how to handle that—the Agent or the Lender would pay for the pieces and send an invoice to the other party who would pay for the other portion.

Q: How do I access my invoices?

A: In a browser, visit myavenu.com and login. Under “Account information”, click or tap on “See invoices”.

Q: How do I cancel my account?
